Stumble to Grow

Show me how you stumble, show me how you fall.
Then I may bear witness to you rising again.

Crumble into the Earth, be embraced as you are and resurface anew, alight to a world of potential. Shatter the uniformed boxes society constructed in its image. Nature cyclically flows where each creature has a place, a purpose, as they are inherently, not conformed to be. Growth and decay, birth and rebirth again, then again. They say you only live once, but is that so? No, we may live many lives in one body, in one proclaimed lifetime. As a reader, we may experience various lives through inked characters. As an individual, we are the authors of our own story, so we may write as many threads of adventure as we can imagine them. We seem to take the ideas or comments of others too seriously and yes, listen with an open mind but only take action in accordance with your own heart. As children we see the world full of possibilities, light and life steeped with magic. We had wildly beautiful imaginations and we fostered dreams for our futures. Sure, the so called "real world" is challenging and different than how we envisioned, but that does not mean our dreams are no longer attainable; the journey may just be unexpected but beautiful, nonetheless. Anything imagined is the beginning of an idea come to life. You, you have the magic to bring life to your dreams.
You have time, for now, this moment is yours. Show me how you stumble, how you make mistakes, show me how you fall. Then I may bear witness to you rising again. You rise not because anyone told you that you must, but because you know you have to. Deep down you know you keep moving forward, despite the messy and often unpredictable journey, for you and your dreams. Or simply for the hope of it all. If we could all witness each other struggle, then perhaps we could remember how imperfect life is; we could feel less like we are all failing and see it as it truly is: growth.
